Our Philosophy
Our newly established school, based in South Wales, offers dance tuition in Ballet, Jazz Tap & Fitness. Observing the Royal Academy of Dance standards for all students, we strive to achieve the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on giving individuals the opportunity to grow in confidence in a safe and nurturing environment. Providing a professional, passionate and personal dance journey to help motivate our pupils to reach their full potential. Our intimate dance experience is designed to work with all individuals, to develop a space of inclusion and support at all times.
While all pupils are prepared for, and given the opportunity to achieve their RAD ballet qualifications, our studio is more than this. Our studio is a home where students can enjoy dance in its purest form. A place to dance like there’s nobody watching. An environment to encourage positivity, to ensure pupils believe in themselves, so the world believes in them. It’s a place where pupils come to enjoy the process of learning, have fun, laugh and interact with others who share their passion. We strive to provide the best opportunities and experience for every individual in the world of dance. We work hard to ensure our school always maintains a professional, enjoyable, caring and encouraging environment. Miss Annie
Annie’s training and passion for dance started locally, at the age of 4, with Miss Tina of Porthcawl. It continued at University where she graduated with a First Class Hons degree in Performing Arts. After graduating she performed professionally for a number of years, gaining valuable and professional experience of life in theatre, stage and production.
Prior to establishing her own Dance school, Annie has taught and choreographed many shows for local Drama and Dance establishments. As well as this, she has engaged with independent schools and colleges including 'The National Star College' and 'Motion House Dance Company', where she discovered a passion for integrated dance. These experiences have enabled her to develop different approaches to teaching and raised her awareness of the endless ways we can express ourselves, regardless of any barriers faced by individuals.
Having completed her Royal Academy of Dance (CBTS) Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies, she hopes to follow in her dance teachers footsteps. To pass on her passion, technical ballet knowledge and create long lasting relationships with all pupils.
